1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
a. Defective or Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos) may be required.
b. Non-Perishable Items:
Unopened and unused non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in its original packaging.
c. Perishable Items:
Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns for these items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
d. Sale Items:
Refunds for sale or discounted items are subject to the same conditions as regular-priced items.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot process refunds for:
- Opened or used food products (unless defective or damaged).
- Items purchased over 14 days ago.
- Gift cards.

- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.
4. Shipping Costs
- For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed. Please, contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Once an order is in being processed, it cannot be cancelled.
